Rubberland 2

The Rubberland 2 Pattaya project was constructed in 2016-2019 in order to introduce Thai rubber products not only for Tourist but also for local Thai people. It is also a large area of distributing rubber mattresses. The construction area is 33,200 square meters and construction budget is 660 million baht. The project is located in Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province and near to other tourist attractions such as The dolphin show is 800 meters. And 5 kilometers from Sukhumvit Road. The living space within the project is divided into 2 parts.

Part 1 Factory building with machinery is used in the production of bedding sets from rubber, example: mattresses, pillows, etc., for selling to interested tourists.

Part 2 is classified as a mall building for bedding sets Obtained from the factory production. In the upper floor of the mall building there is a Museum area which is showing the production process and the history of Thai rubber. The two building is connected with Sky walk.

Exterior landscape is designed to be a large rubber plantation situated to a slope ground on an area of 51 rai including a walkway to relax the area for tourists entering the project.
