There is 8 storey building and one basement which total usable area is 20,400 square meters. The stylish appearance is modern in shape. The interior is decorated with lines and colors that reflect the art and culture of the Lao PDR.

The Project is located on Chetthathirat Road Mueang Chanthaburi District Vientiane Capital that is the heart of the business area, and near the Mekong River, and many major tourist attractions such as Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Sisaket, Pratuchai and Chao Anuwong Park.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane is a hotel chain from the United States of America, and operated by TPD Company Limited, a subsidiary of TK. Property Group Co., Ltd. which is a group of Lao investors. Being a hotel chain in the Hilton hotel will strengthen the confidence of operating a hotel business with many existing competitors. The project has started construction in October 2018 and is expected to be completed and open for service around December 2021.
